The Center for Program Evaluation was contracted by Lowell Public Schools (LPS) and Fortaleza to conduct an analysis of the Hispanic-Latino/a/x/e students in this school district. To provide a complete picture of the students’ experience, this report, along with several supplemental documents, compiles both quantitative and qualitative data and concludes with an assessment of the students’ experience, followed by recommendations for potential improvements.
